BURIED OR BURNED WASTE
(Base Formula: $15 per cu yd uncompacted/$60 per cu yd compacted)
Residential/Construction/Commercial/Industrial Waste (Including Brush)
Volumes will be determined by the Landfill Site Attendant prior to discharge
All trucks & trailers must stop at the Landfill Building
| Example: Single Axle Dump Truck | 7 yd x $15 cu yd = $105 |
| Tandem Axle Dump Truck | 12 yd x $15 cu yd = $180 |
| Tri Axle Dump Truck | 20 yd x $15 cu yd = $300 |
| Half Ton Truck or Trailer | 3 yd x $15 cu yd = $45 |
| Contaminated Soil | $600 per dump truck load |
One Time Only Dumping by Non-Resident per bag $10
UNSORTED LOADS WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE FEE
| Furniture, Mattresses, Etc. | $10 Per Item |
| Appliances & Refrigeration Units Tagged | $5 Per Item |
| Refrigeration Appliances Untagged | $35 Per Item |
| Air Conditioners & Water Coolers | $20 Per Item |
Household Hazardous Waste must be deposited at the Township of Strong Landfill Site, 483 Forest Lake Rd on Hazmat dates, held bi-annually (twice a year)
$20 Fee, Limit 1 Per Location
$30 Fee for Replacement Card
1st Card is Deactivated when replaced
- Annual Fee per location/unit, ask Site Attendant
- Plus Card, Disposal Fees, Recycling is Mandatory
*Limited to locations in South River, Lount, Laurier & Ballantyne
Misuse of the card or non-payment of fees required will result in cancellation
NON TAXPAYER ENTRY FEE: $350/YEAR
